The Worldschool Pop-up Hub is a week-long community gathering in Tokyo, Japan. The event runs from 31 March to 6 April 2026. This hub offers a casual, family-friendly opportunity for travelling families to connect with other worldschoolers. Activities highlight Tokyo’s local culture, food, parks, and historic sites. Planned excursions include visiting Ueno Park with its museums and zoo, exploring Asakusa’s Senso-ji Temple, and wandering through the lively Ameyoko street market. Families will also discover neighbourhoods known for art, design, and modern Japanese architecture.

The hub is designed for maximum flexibility. Families can join for the full week or just a few days. They choose to participate in as many or as few activities as they wish. The price is set per family, not per person. The regular ticket rate is $180 US per family, with an early-bird option at $140 US per family. This rate includes children, parents, partners, and grandparents. Accommodation, meals, and transport within Tokyo are not included in the admission fee.
