The Naturally Richer Worldschooling Hub offers a homeschooling community experience in Algarve, Portugal. It runs from November 2025 to the end of May 2026. This seaside hub connects like-minded families from around the world who seek deeper friendships and shared adventures.
The programme is based in Herdade dos Salgados, a gated five-star condominium. The location sits just five minutes from the beach. Moreover, it features fully equipped apartments with one to three bedrooms, 24/7 security, shared gardens, seven swimming pools, a tennis court, and a football pitch.
The hub welcomes families for flexible stays. You can join for one week or stay for the full seven months. Additionally, each day brings optional meetups and activities that families enjoy together. There is no drop-off programme. Instead, parents and children participate side by side. Activities typically start after lunch, giving families free mornings for learning, work, or relaxation.
The programme includes diverse activities throughout the week. For instance, families enjoy nature outings, beach meetups, arts and crafts, playground visits, and outdoor games. Furthermore, the schedule features dancing, hikes, boat trips, kayaking, waterfall visits, and zipline adventures. Cultural experiences and water parks round out the offerings.
Children of all ages join the hub, creating unique friendships across age groups. The host plans each meetup based on weather conditions, children’s ages, and family interests. Importantly, families vote on activities they want to try, making the experience truly collaborative and personalized.
Families choose from several accommodation options. Most stay in the main condominium through recommended rental companies. Alternatively, you can book apartments in surrounding areas, rent a private room in the host’s three-bedroom apartment, or join via campervan at the nearby campsite.
