Project World School: Cusco & the Sacred Valley Teen Learning Community
This program is an Immersive Teen Learning Community and Educational Retreat located in Cusco and the Sacred Valley, Peru, running for 14 days from 14 to 27 July 2026. It is specifically designed for self-directed learners, worldschoolers, and homeschoolers aged 12–17 years who are travelling independently. The program is rigorous and experiential, centred on Incan History, Archaeology, Andean Culture, Sustainability, and Community Building, aiming to function as a collaborative and hands-on “living classroom.”
Key features of the program include a multi-day experience at Machu Picchu (with trekking options) and guided explorations of major Incan sites. Cultural immersion is delivered through structured activities such as a two-day farm stay focused on agriculture, flute-making workshops, a chocolate-making session, and a local Day of Service. The rate is inclusive, covering full accommodation, ground transport, most meals, and all entrance fees, with itinerary planning that incorporates strategies for acclimatization to the high altitude of the location.
